What is the turnaround time for the Website & Brand Identity Bundle?Your website will be delivered within 2 weeks, and branding assets will follow once the design is finalized.

What’s included in the Brand Identity package?The package includes logo design or redesign (3 options), a Brandbook with usage guidelines, stationery designs (invoices, business cards, letterheads, etc.), and social media covers.

Will I be able to manage my website on my own?Yes! After your website is live, you’ll receive a 1-on-1 teaching session to help you manage and update your site independently. However, if you’d prefer ongoing support, check out our Tech Membership, which might fit your needs better (1 month is included for free with your bundle).

What if I need support after my website goes live?You’ll receive 1 month of free access to our Tech Membership, which includes monthly updates, IT support, and a strategy call. After that, you can continue the membership for $250/month or reach out for support as needed.

Are there any ongoing costs?Our package covers the design, branding, and launch of your website, but there may be additional ongoing costs, such as hosting and domain registration.

How do website updates work in the membership?You’ll get up to 2 hours of website updates each month. This includes small changes, text/image updates, and bug fixes.

What kind of IT support is included?You’ll receive up to 1 hour of priority IT support each month for troubleshooting, email setup, and other small tech issues.

What does the monthly project include?Each month, we’ll complete one larger task, like setting up a new system, improving website functionality, or addressing a tech challenge (up to 2 hours).

Can I cancel the membership anytime?You can cancel your membership anytime before the next billing cycle. However, once a new month has started, the membership cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for the current month.

Do unused hours from my membership roll over to the next month?No, unused hours do not roll over. Each month, you’ll get up to 2 hours of website updates and 1 hour of IT support, but any unused hours will not carry over to the following month.
